Message	(considering the turbos and mods he has) could definitely cause ignition problems. I remember in my own car that it had ignition problems with copper plugs when I started running boost over stock levels. If the guy still has stockers running stock boost, he probably would be alright with copper plugs. Didn't remember to mention that one on my list.
